Payroll Bureau Manager

We are a reputable accountancy practice seeking a dedicated Payroll Bureau Manager to oversee the transition of our payroll services in-house and develop our payroll profit centre. This is a key role within our practice, focused on managing the end-to-end payroll process for our clients and internal operations, ensuring compliance, optimising operational efficiencies and driving revenue growth through innovative payroll solutions. Requires close collaboration with colleagues across the practice to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.
A minimum of 2 years proven experience in payroll management within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau environment is essential.
